As I’ve mentioned in one of my previous blog posts, probably my favourite garden in the Lake District has to be Holehird Gardens just outside Windermere. There is just so much to see at any time in the season – the gardens are peaceful and welcoming, the views are outstanding, and there are some great walks in the surrounding area.
I recently paid a visit on a warm, sunny afternoon and produced this short tour of the garden in August – it’s my first YouTube video for Lake District Gems so I hope you like it! 🙂
